ORSINI BEAUTY STUDIO — POLICIES & PROCEDURES Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients are responsible for managing their appointments. • Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation fee and may be rescheduled once within the same calendar month. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in removal from future booking eligibility. The card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee. • Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will result in appointment cancellation to preserve scheduling integrity. ⸻ Guests & Children To ensure safety, focus, and service quality, additional guests are not permitted, including friends or family members. Children are not recommended. If a child must accompany a client, a $25 accommodation fee will apply and advance notice is required. Service quality cannot be guaranteed if this policy is not followed. ⸻ Payment Policy • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. • Payments Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay • Cards on file can be charged for convenience. ⸻ Appointment Preparation Clients must arrive with: • A clean, makeup-free face • No oils or eye products • No contact lenses • No strip lash residue Failure to arrive prepared may affect service quality and retention. ⸻ Refunds & Deposits All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once within the same month, provided proper notice is given and availability allows. ⸻ Parking Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for parking located in the parking lot of the back of the building. ⸻ Lash Aftercare Responsibility Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility. • Lashes should be cleansed and brushed daily • Oil-based products should be avoided • Picking or pulling on extensions is not permitted • Use of a silk pillowcase is recommended to reduce friction Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect retention and results. ⸻ Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with Orsini Beauty Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
